In a December 2010 interview with Grizzly Jack’s Grand Bear Resort, Assistant General Manager Brett Sullivan told us that since using the Partywirks online scheduling & booking software that their birthday party revenue was up 208%!  During a recent follow-up conversation, Brett had more exciting news to pass along. 
“Since the last time we talked, our birthday party revenues were up 208% at that year to date.  I am extremely pleased to say that our Birthday party revenues are up 361% right now!  We started Partywirks online booking of Birthday parties in March of 2010, so we are not quite to the one year mark.  If I do my math correctly, we might reach the 400% mark when we hit that milestone! 
In addition to the birthday party revenues, school field trip visitors and revenues, number of park visitors and new customers has drastically been on the rise.  All of this, with no money spent on outside advertising!
I think there are a couple of factors that play a role in these results.  1.  Booking birthdays online-how easy and effective it really is for the consumer and our business.  2.  Once these parties are here, the services that are given to these special guests.  3.  Cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.  4.  Quality of the food and experience that every customer receives at our facility.  5.  Affordable pricing.
In closing, I do have to say, that I work with a lot of businesses, and customer support groups.  Partywirks has to be the easiest, most friendly group of people to deal with.”
